The US Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs is the most dramatic reopening of settled law in recent memory. Do you prefer that a judge nearly appointed, regardless of the political party, adhere to their sense of what the Constitution requires and demands and says? Or that they adhere to what previous High Court judges have said, the Constitution demands and saying?
