The Promise Comes Through Faith

Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world through faith. Abraham partnered with God before he was circumcised, before there was a law. As we learned in Galatians, we are not righteous, but if we trust in the love and grace of God, he says we are righteous. Even when we are not, he calls into being things that were not.
