For every monkey that we have, it's worth thinking about the level of initiative and ownership that you can have on over that monkey. The idea here, and this bit i have made up to be clear, is aiming for 80%. So let me talk t levels of initiative, and then hopefully this will become clear. Level one initiative is waiting to be told. We can all recognize projects as helen Projects - an expectation that there is very clearly a decision maker behind them. Levels two and three are recommending approval or taking action in your own time.Level four ive is independent action so you're not just telling someone what to do but also helping each other out with things they might need
