Mister Gadsby, Is Your Wife Never Loved You?

Gatsby told Daisy that his wife had never loved him. He said she only married him because she was poor and tired of waiting for him. Gadsby then went on to tell how he felt about the colour of her skin. The two men argued over whether or not they should go home at this point. They eventually decided to leave, but left their argument in the open. Tom later wrote: 'I suppose you've got to make your house into a pigsty'
