Be Quick, but Don't Rush
Be quick, but don't hurry was a mantra that he used many times per day. Quickness typically the result of skill. It's a result of practice. If you're hurrying or rushing, your making mistakes,. If you're quick, it'ss all good. So i like to make this very clear distinction, that quick is good, hurrying and rushing is bad. And understand the difference and think about it daily.
