The Z11 trial has gotten a lot of, we had a podcast covering this and it's so clinically relevant that it will show up on the boards. The question is can we get away with less? So we looked at sentinel lymph node resection alone versus axillary lymph nodes. And what they found was that there's no difference in local recurrence, disease-free survival, and overall survival at a median follow-up of 6.3 years.
