The History of Gelatin

The original method for extracting gelatin from bones is that you would have to boil bones. During the Napoleonic Wars, the French armies used gelatin as a military rashes. In 1989, Knox created a machine that could actually purify the Jello and powder it in such a way that it could be commercially available.
