Are People Leaving?

Johannesburg, cape town is a little bit different because it's governed by the opposition. In this country, they are investing in private power generation. They've relaid out leasing farms, or they'r still taking white people's farms. The real problem in rural areas is crime. So tehere's a crime problem. And now the crime problem is, in many ways scarier because are large parts of the country that don't have street lights. If you tried to walk through the city in the dark when there are no street lights, which i did on friday,. and we had a power outage because they ran out of electricity again. Very, very scary.
