Some autogonophilic males who, who's desire to transition remains even after they've accepted autog onophilia as an explanation for their desires. For those people, I'm not sure it's a bad decision. If you know why you want it, if you know the costs and the benefits, then I'm not going to raise much of an objection. But I'm more concerned about people who don't understand why they want to do it.
