The Duty to Protect Um, Employees From Health and Safety Hazards

The regulations codes of practice put new obligations on employees that weren't previously there. The duty to protect um, employees from health and safety hazards has always been there. But the recognition that that also includes psychological or psycho social azards is a relatively new idea. And i got to say, from the regulators, we're getting a clear indication that these will be not just more enforceable, but will be enforced.
