Serenity: A BSD License Project

Serenity is a BSD license project so that wouldn't be entirely cool. The spirit of the project is that we're supposed to make things ourselves, even though it's hard. Most of the people who work on Ladybird have no prior experience working on browsers. There are only so many people in the world who want to be browser developers. YouTube has been the main driver of new people at least until this point.
