I think we can all agree that moving towards patients being able to respond to surveys in their home through email or Texas way better than making them come back to the hospital with a physician's office. The preprint platform itself has demonstrated the utility of having a means of disseminating your work while it undergoes peer review either at you know just among colleagues or even at a journal. I'm one of the co-founders of Med Archive a preprint for the health sciences and this preprint platform was launched in collaboration with a couple of folks here at Yale along with the BMJ before I was actually an editor at the BMJAlong with the Cold Spring Harbor Labs they created BioArchive
