I see a lot of my friends and people I've coached, they want the perfect goal before they even start. It's important to have clarity on what you want, but to understand that it isn't always there from day one. The easy fix ones are usually a guy with a six pack abs who is pointing at you and yelling at you about why you're the problem. Blaming the person as opposed to the actions they're taking when it comes to goals is the reason it just blows the whole thing up because it makes it so personal.
