How to Be a Background Partner to an Agent Who Already Has a Presence in the Field
Hrefs: If you don't have any interest in going out in the field, get your license locally and then build that lead capture website with a partner. That way, if it didn't work out with that person, you could just rotate it into another partner in that area. "We're kind of agnostic of who those leads go to," Hrefs says about his site's potential clients. 'It doesn't take too many,' he adds; one or two a year certainly makes for a good little change.
