When i was labor secretary, the labor participation rate was about 66 % with a work force of about a hundred and 57 million people. And then we had the great recession, and then the labor participation, raye, dropped to about 63%. We've been talking about infer structure for years, how many administrations, right? And this is something that has had by partisan support. What ultimately, from perspective, do we have to start spending ol when it comes to interstructure?
