How to Deal With a Broken Heart
I try to remind myself that this feeling is temporary this feeling will pass it has passed like every other feeling I've ever had there's been like a handful of like maybe five major broken hearts I've had. I've gotten through all of them and I'm better for it and I've grown but sad brain is telling me like now this time it's different than the last one. You feel like you're too weak you don't have enough strength and then you sort of like start to wallow in it because it just feels so overwhelming. Sometimes then it becomes like your identity and that's the risk is that like you connect to it too much that's just how you see everything
