The Importance of Having an Investment Team

It is good to have an investment team that might comprise some senior leaders and maybe some who have frontline customer experience. Some of my clients even involve outsiders in this decision as well. But I wouldn't personally set it up as a standing committee that can then get its own kind of problems. What is important is that there's going to be somebody who's the angel, who's that sponsor who is going to see the project over its initial period of startup.
