Some people find this stage of when you first bring on that middle management layer to be a very difficult transition. I thig its challenging in every company. Ik, one of the key things that i believe is just as critical to get right is to insure that the whole company understands that in order to develop your career in your organization, you don't necessarily need to become a manager. And so i think there was definitly some ambiguity about that that we quickly identified and sorted out.
