How to Get Better at Things With Practice

We need to be able to very consciously talk to ourselves about those things and to leverage the knowledge that we have. We can't sort of get so laser focused on, okay, I need my self esteem to be good that we forget the why and what for right like then it's no longer a selfish endeavor than it's an intrinsic duty to fix your self esteem. So in that sense, yeah, we have to work on our self esteem. But what we're working on is our life, right? And our self esteem isn't is a crucial input and output of that process.
