When i committed to make this a daily practice, with days to weeks, i had more energy in the day. I also noticed i was less reactive. So if someone had cut me up on the road in the car. I just wasn't reacting as much. What i ultimately want for people, as i want people to feel like meditation is this really amazing thing.
