We don't see crew you know crews or wemo or some of these other companies um sort of making similar like that. Even remo has cut back a tiny bit but not in the same certainly not the same way as they're going to miami now and opening new markets. They still seem to be in a mode where their investors clearly want to see their ability to scale sort of demonstrated.
