Honoring Your Ancestry
A lot of white people have really ugly things to face in their ancestry, right? And being willing and able to confront this stuff is painful. It can be very isolating. But what we don't want to do is lose ourselves in that part of the process and never maturer or grow into making a living amends. That living amends is the most spiritual thing you can do for the world and soothing for yoursy logy. So it's kind of a win win, win, win win until we get to family stuff,. Until we get to feeling connected or disconnected spiritually.
