If a person is not able to cope well with stress, that can hold back their breathing. If you are talking for six or seven or eight hours a day, that could hold back your breathing. And if you have good sleep quality, you are going to cope better with it as well. But even aside from that, you can still train it. You know, i've been taping my own mouth since 19 97. It's guaranteed a really good night's sleep. So i suppose it's looking at breathing 24 seven.
