Kail: Consensus predates the genesis block of Ethereum. It was incorporated before that, and I think by most measures or at least as far as I can tell, it is the first Web3 company that ever existed. Kail: One of the main turning points for consensus happened a few years ago when they realized there was this really interesting formative stack for enabling people to access and build in the Web3 ecosystem. And so from early days of joining, I knew that I wanted to make sure that we were reflecting that identity," he says.
