The concept is essentially that people don't buy product and services all willingly, right? We actually have a job that we're trying tget done. And you can almost think of it as though we hire products to help us get the job done. So from a marketing perspective, there's still a lot of value in being hyper targeted on specific personas. But when you understand ation this way, you start to see that it's analyzing the job, not the customer specifically, that helps you toranidate better.
