A lawsuit has been filed against the developers of a New York City skyscraper. The building is topped out at 204 meters and was being built in Lehrmann-Hatton. It's alleged that construction workers used cheaper methods to remediate the soil before starting work on the structure. This allegedly made the building improperly settle and caused the tilt by as we said a centimeters to the north. If you if that isn't fixed soon there could be a risk of falling for some panels, according to experts.
