I think accountability is an important thing too. It's um, and also that comes into, you know, sometimes leaders have trouble holding people accountable. And I don't know if it's because of fear of losing someone or fear of having that stigma of being a micromanager. So you don't hold people accountable and things just drift and drift and Drift and get further and further away from where the employee should be. Yeah.
