Ex-NATO secretary general Anders Rasmussen says some NATO countries might send troops to Ukraine. EU's top foreign policy official Joseph Burrell said that the F16s were part of a of long term support for Ukraine as it could take months or years for them to be delivered. Kirby said it's going to take some time and he said that the training program has not begun yet.
