Is Your Reporting Going to Save Me From Sleeping in My Car?

I was not indoctrinated with this idea that reporters change the world. For me, it was i love writing, and i love spending time with people. I didn't do it because i believed in this higher minded idea of truth. And so i don't think we've figured hout how to reconcile that.
