Why I Don't Want to Do It, I'm Just Going to Read the Notes
The book wasn't brought up ever. It was just a lot of analogies that were very hard to grasp. And i don't think many people talked about behavior changes in general. The focus was on action management rather than knowledge management. Yes, knowledge management crosses over to action management depending on your definition of knowledge. But knowledge management is developing your ability to do things on a daily basis to enhance your conceptioal understanding of the things that you are lookingin.
