How to Choose an Audience Over Time

When i was on radio, i was inheriting the audience of the guy before me. I think when you get to a certain point, the audience that i have likes the way we do things. This is an audience that enjoys what i enjoy, because they would have left long ago if they didn't. But it allows me to sort of crystallize our thinking. It seems we'll almost always bring you to a better place than to be given a super specific road map.
