Fast on All Platforms?

Dart is one of the few languages where we've been actively working on and maintaining both of those for about a decade at this point. We care about start up time, because users expect client applications to immediately be responsive. And how does i manuse to run on lots of different platforms? The dart team was started by a bunch of people that were senior people on the v t team.
