How to Be Open to Change in Agile
We need to have the empathy and we're talking about EQ earlier, the empathy to understand that not everybody's just going to jump on the bandwagon straight away. As Tino said, humans are reticent to change. They just are. And I always reflect on the talk that Simon Sinek gives around like the innovation curve where you've got your innovators, your early adopters, early and late majorities. That's sort of human psychology. It's how you take people on that journey to me.
