The Russia Pace in Kosovo

In 2013, there was an agreement that Serbia was going to slowly give up on certain influence in Kosovo. In exchange for the past 10 years, this association of Serb municipalities was not formed. Prime Minister Korti built his political credentials by very violently opposing such an autonomous association of Serbian municipalities. So I'm very, very much afraid that unless he's stopped, the violence will continue.
