I often tell young people don't start companies. Don't start a company unless you prepare to make it your life's work. Is that more about psychology or actually time allocation? Like, is it literally the fact that you need to give 100% for potentially years for to succeed? Or is it more about just the mindset that's required? I was terrified of being like a Google and becoming really comfortable in that air conditioned room.
