That's just automatic. Why would I be bothered about my breathing? So then seeing something that's a little more eye-catching and a little bit more dramatic. Wim Hof to name probably the most famous person in the world for that type of practice. And then eventually get to the point of going like, well, hold on, what's actually going on with this?
