Where Is the Industry Today?

Banking is an industry that's obviously fast changing, as you've mentioned, but also really, so be standardized. The leapfrog towards mobile has been dramatic; legacy banks or big incumbent banks are at risk of disruption from more nimble fintechs. I mean, if I think about the number of banks who've closed down in the US, just off the back of the digitization of banking, I'm not sure that we in South Africa have caught on to that.
