Wayletme: If a state defines the time and manner and place of the election, it's up to us. We'e we're going to send electors for the candidate of our choice. That's clearly constitutional, but so anti democratic that no state legislature would have the the gumption to admit that they were doing that. But there's a much more serious constitutional question about whether they get to then not honor the results of that and simply appoint electors of their own. Is that fair?
