The Effects of Antidepressants on Depression

Climate scientists say that the variability of California's climate is increasing with both wetter and drier extremes. And these whiplashes really stress a water system that was designed largely to deal with more regular swings between wet and dry periods. Another change too is snowpack, which is a major store for California's water, but with more warming, more precipitation falls as rain instead of snow. So all that's to say California's problems with water are far from over.
