Don't Search Just for the Sake of the Certs

If you can actually talk with experience, then that is going to be much more likely to get you the job than just having these certs and not having that experience. And when you talk to someone who's got various certifications and qualifications, you can tell whether they've actually done the stuff that they're talking about or whether they've just learned it from a book and passed an exam. I actively don't want that person. Mention them and then move on to interesting stuff that you can actually do pretty quickly.
