Transparency Is So Powerful
"I've just, I've always been this person too that I've never been like the most private person. I kind of open up," she says. "Transparency in and of itself is not necessarily a virtue." You can be transparent in a way that's not respectful of yourself or hurts other people but thoughtful, intentional, compassionate to yourself,. She continues: "We all have demons inside. We none of us has a perfect family, perfect partnership, perfect anything".
