How to Maintain Strength Gains

I had a period where like I was really into deadlifting and got my deadlift up to like 440. And then all of a sudden I trained less volume and felt better and jumped farther. It's interesting how you can sustain those strength gains. But I think people underestimate how persistent some of these adaptations can be. They overdosed them because they're not realizing it's like, you just need enough of that. You just need to see it often.
