There's something called paralysis by overanalysis. When we think about what we have to do and it seems pretty donning, we can just give uppretty easily. So I like to say, you know, book that plane ticket, put down the deposit on a campsite,. Or hire a guide because they can fast track your way into pursuing an adventure.
Before you embark on a wild adventure, you obviously need to do some planning. But don’t go overboard. Give yourself a deadline, and get to work.
