I think that training volume thing is a really big piece because I think it's something that is a bit more mysterious with youth athletes. As you get to be a higher performer, you have to be more selective about where you're applying your energy. Do you really need to go and train for the school football team when you're then training with the professional club in the evening? You know, is that really the best use of your energy? And so at that point, you kind of empowering the kid to have a dialogue with you and empowering the parent to understand that they don't want to be then going.
