Sex and the New Year

This was the first year in many years that I have not kept any kind of sex spreadsheet. Being in the thick of the trauma therapy process is making it feel really, really hard for me to be intimate sexually or romantically with people other than my spouse. But as we'll talk about more later, I think I do want to try to date other people in the coming year,. It's just like I have to be a little more careful and conscientious about how I'm doing that"
