Yuckold Nielsen used to say that if you want to find out about something, ask five people. You might be able to improve your question as well as the quality of your answers if you limit it. And so if you show somebody a design or you're asking them to do like an IA, asking you like a card sorting exercise or something, you know, one of those classic IA things,. Like you'll learn a lot from five people or 10 people.
