The over examined life leads to an abundance of anxiety. The Dalai Lama was saying, as he always does, all of us suffer if we're lucky. And then, old age and all of us suffering sickness and every one of us stuff is dead. Let's not compound the suffering thinking. During the pandemic people by living differently during the pandemic began to think differently and now they're making lives much closer to the ones they've always had.
