The real estate market was on track for double digit price gains before the pandemic. Home builders were finally picking up these signals that, hay, weare underbuilt. We just did not build enough homes for the last ten years. And this wave of millennials is entering their thirties. They want to buy their first homes. That means there's going to be huge unmet demand for housing in the next few years. Need to get building.
