Is There a Federal Loan Programme?
If you could impose one or two reforms on higher ed, what would it be? I think we need to make the repayment system work more seamlessly for borrowers. The idea of the federal loan programme is that there would be no private market that would make these loans available to students. People who go to graduate school specially professional schools, are making good money after they finish.
