The Difference Between Delegating and Reviewing Tasks

Sometimes we get caught and think, I'm going to delegate the very hardest task to delegate versus the easiest one. Just because we delegate something doesn't mean we don't review it. A lot of that comes back to a lack of awareness of how long things are taken. We're so irritated when frigging notifications go off.
